Wiper Supply Services have three technologically advanced re-roller/slitter/perforating machines at our disposal, which enables us to produce a very wide variety of different sized rolls and perforations.

We can handle very wide rolls, as well as certain narrow-width stock, making our production capability extremely versatile and economical. In October 1999, we modified one of our largest re-rollers, to be able to handle rolls up to 2 metres in diameter! This has improved production and efficiency, and enables us to utilise the largest raw material rolls made!

Future re-roller modifications planned will include a computer-controlled roll perforation station, enabling us to change the perforation-length with the touch of a few buttons, making "down-time" for machine adjustments a thing of the past!

We are able to perforate wipes as short as 17cms and up to 56 cms long. Rolls can be supplied CENTRE-FEED with a strippable core, or coreless - READY TO POP INTO A DISPENSER without the fuss! The rolls you can see (right) are perforated, slit and have been produced "coreless". Versatility is our speciality, and our production runs are usually very flexible, so we can offer you bespoke products without having to order massive quantities.
