At Wiper Supply Services we now use FOUR very advanced, high speed QUARTER-FOLDING MACHINES which are capable of producing a combined output of several million folded towels per week on a single shift. Rolls of non-woven fabrics are hydraulically loaded onto the unwind units, and a sophisticated web-alignment system ensures consistent and top-quality results. In addition, two of our machines are able to PRINT onto folded towels.

Many different types of non-woven fabrics can be quarter-folded with spectacular results! Production is fast, accurate and results are guaranteed! Quarter-Folded towels can be manufactured in many sizes, as we can fold at 355mm, 500mm and 580mm, making our folding production capabilities second-to-none! Folded towels can be packed in many different presentations - to suit your particular needs! We now have two Flow-Wrapping machines (See photo below) for great, crisp cellophane-packed towels, complete with a "euroslot" at the top of the pack if required.

DOUBLE CAPACITY FOLDING MACHINE Due to the unprecidented growth in our sales of folded towels, we have acquired (September 2008) a custom-design/built dual-lane (2-tier) folding towel machine. This machine will produce a wide range of towel sizes and has an output capacity of about 48,000 towels per hour. This machine can output about 1.5 million towels each week on a single shift. (See pictures below)
